1 Introduction & Applicability

B33 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "b33", or the "Platform") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the b33 website (b33.run) and all of its services.

By registering on b33 or using the website, you are considered to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not wish to accept these terms, please refrain from using b33.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on b33, you must meet the following requirements. All information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date.

• Each individual may hold only one b33 account. If the same person is found to have created multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited.
• You must provide your correct full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number at the time of registration.
• Your account password must be strong and must not be shared with anyone.
• Creating an account using someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.

B33 reserves the right to decline any account registration at any time and for any reason. Accounts created with false information will be suspended immediately.

3 Age Verification & KYC

B33 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from using b33. You may be required to provide valid ID to verify your age at the time of registration.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, the following documents may be requested:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Screenshots or documents required to verify your payment method

4 Betting Rules

Make sure you understand the rules of each market before placing bets on b33. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless b33 offers a specific cash-out option.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary by market.
• If an event is cancelled before the match begins, the stake will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly — the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final.
• B33 reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous.
• Betting across multiple accounts or sharing an account is prohibited.
• In cricket betting, if the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result stands as final.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on b33 are fully secure and encrypted. We support deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours, but may be delayed if KYC verification is pending.
• Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the deposited funds have not been used for betting at least once.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — only the account holder's own payment method may be used.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

B33 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is exclusively for new members and applies to the first deposit only.
• To withdraw a bonus, the wagering requirement (typically 5x–10x) must be met.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50 per event.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• B33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses will result in account suspension.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on b33. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and your balance may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Using bots, automation software, or any unauthorized technology.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs for personal gain.
• Threatening or harassing other users or b33 staff.

8 Account Closure

You can request to close your b33 account at any time. Contact our support team and the process will be completed within 24 hours. Before closing your account, we recommend settling any pending bets and withdrawing your available balance.

B33 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

9 Responsible Gaming

B33 believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of problems. We are committed to protecting our users. The following responsible gaming tools are available on our platform:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account when you need a break.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you wish to dispute a betting result or transaction, please contact our customer support team first. Complaints are typically resolved within 72 hours.

• B33's decision will be considered final; however, you retain the right to appeal to a higher authority.

12 Changes to Terms

B33 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For any significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of b33 after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
